Sometimes add-ons or new content won’t work correctly until your game is fully updated. Updates usually install automatically, but if they don’t, you can update manually by following these steps:
Open your Meta Library.
Hover over Puzzling Places, click on it, and select Update.
Restart the game once the update finishes.
If the update option doesn’t appear or things still aren’t working, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Don’t worry, your save data is automatically backed up and will restore when you reinstall.
